I enjoyed High School, friends, ball games, dancing in the student lounge etc. I wasn't crazy about the school work, but knew what the least my parents expected, and what was not acceptable. That was important to me. There was an exception.... I flat out flunked my first semester of World History. I had to go to summer school and I was embarrassed to say the least. I had never flunked anything before. The second semester of the same class, with the same teacher, I just paid attention to what she said in class and flew through with flying colors. LOL
